Shinrin Yoku Retreats

Day 1

Afternoon:
Arrival and Welcome: Meet and greet with the host and other participants. Introduction to Shinrin-Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing.

Late Afternoon:
Shinrin Yoku Session: A 1-2 hour guided walk through the forest to help you connect with nature and practice Shinrin-Yoku. 

Evening:
Group Dinner and Sharing: Come together with other participants for a communal dinner and discussion about the experiences of the day.

Day 2

Morning:
Mindfulness Meditation: A guided meditation session to help you calm your mind and be present in the moment.

Mid-morning: Breakfast and free time

Mid afternoon: lunch and free time

Afternoon: Reiki session in the forest 

Solo Immersion Time: Free time to explore the forest on your own, meditate, or just relax with some tips from your host.

A guided exercise to help you connect more deeply with the forest and its elements, such as trees, plants, and water.

Evening: Group Bonfire and Sharing: Come together for a bonfire and discussion about the experiences of the day.

Day 3

Morning: 
Forest Gratitude Practice: A guided gratitude practice to help you reflect on your experiences and express gratitude for the gifts of nature.

Mid-Morning: Breakfast & Closing Ceremony: A closing ceremony to mark the end of the retreat and send you off with a sense of renewal and connection to nature.

Early Afternoon: 
Departure from the retreat center, feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired.

About Your Guide

Hi! My name is Milena and it will be my honor to be your host for this retreat. I hope to take you on a journey of discovery of your connection with the forest and yourself.  I have conducted a number of sessions and am a co-founder of The Mindful Tourist, as well a person who trained almost 80 individuals as Shinrin Yoku Guides.
